Return Policy

This covers items sold from the Aston Martin Manila Shop.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to defects on the item, you may send us an email detailing the experience and we would be happy to assist you. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within seven calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return a defective/damaged item, please contact customer service at https://astonmartin.com.ph/contact-us to verify the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds arrangement will be through cheque or bank deposit depending on your preferred channel. We will notify you by email or phone when your RMA has been processed.
